the best thing about this botel is excellent location very close to opera house and all the ferries terminal, train station to city and airport service is very average though, front desk team is bot warm and friendly they just try to do the job same thing with breakfasdt team, not giving the service from the heart breakfast should be buffet instead of ala carte with the high price they charge

Stayed for 2 nights in a 2 bedroom suite. The decor is a bit dated but the harbour view was amazing. The location on Circular Quay is ideal - close to trains & ferries as well as restaurants etc. The only real issue was the shower in the main bathroom. It wasn't great But overall we had a lovely relaxing stay.

Sublime retreat on the garden side and lively on the quay side.
