For the fifth year in a row, Tire Review hosted its Top Shop Event, inviting this year’s Winner and three Finalists to Nashville for three days to spend time with their fellow tire dealers and share best practices to elevate the industry.
During the event, Burt Brothers Tire & Service, with 15 locations in the Salt Lake City, Utah, area, was named this year’s winner of the Tire Review Top Shop Awards Program, presented by Coats. This year’s Top Shop Winner and Finalists were also honored with a plaque, Top Shop magazine cover and their choice of a tire changer or wheel balancer from Hennessy Industries, makers of Coats tire changers, wheel balancers and inspection equipment. This year’s Top Shop Finalists include Telle Tire & Auto Centers, Plaza Tire Service and Lex Brodie’s Tire, Brake & Service Company.
In addition to the Top Shop Winner reveal dinner, shops were interviewed for upcoming content that will appear on Tire Review and were treated to lunch at the historic Miss Mary Bobo’s Restaurant, in addition to a tour of Jack Daniel’s Distillery in Lynchburg, Tennessee. The following day, dealers were treated to a tour of Hennessy Industries and selected their prize of a tire changer or wheel balancer to bring back to one of their shops.
