What we’re doing to keep you safe

At Edgbaston, the safety of our guests and staff continues to be a top priority.

Following the easing of all COVID restrictions in England, we have chosen to maintain many safety procedures to allow events to return to Edgbaston without limitations and with confidence.

Our team continue to be on hand to discuss all our Safe Meetings & Events protocols to ensure all guests feel comfortable. We are dedicated to making 2022 a fantastic year at Edgbaston and welcoming some brilliant events.

“We were delighted to resume face-to-face networking this week at Edgbaston. The venue provided ample space and the service was exceptional. Safety was our top priority and everyone at Edgbaston made sure we all felt safe and able to focus on developing high quality relationships.”

Latest Guidance

We will continue to monitor all guidance and adopt the most up to date procedures to keep everyone at Edgbaston as safe as possible.

What have we done?

To ensure that we continue to make our venue as safe as possible for guests, we are following the below:

  • Robust Hand Hygiene – we have introduced sanitiser stations around the venue and additional soap dispensers have been added to all toilets.
  • Ventilation – our rooms all have outdoor spaces and individual air-conditioning units to ensure there is good air-flow and ample fresh air.
  • Temperature Check – on arrival at Edgbaston, there is a temperature check machine available if you wish to use it.
  • Staff Awareness – all members of staff at the venue have been given training on all safety procedures and are required to follow a regular COVID testing schedule.

“We recently held our first face-to-face meeting at Edgbaston and we were incredibly impressed with the systems and procedures that have been put in place to safeguard visitors and staff.”
