Deliveries are scheduled the week of May 4, 2020, but may be subject to delays resulting from current or future restrictions imposed by the COVID-19 government orders. NYBG AUCTION REGULATIONS

1. All auction sales are final and binding at the hammer price.
2. No refunds or exchanges will be given, nor will the cash value of any gift certificate be refunded.
4. Deliveries are scheduled to be made the week of May 4, 2020, but fulfillment may be subject to delays, including, without limitation, delays resulting from current or future restrictions imposed by the COVID-19 government orders. You will be updated should this occur.
5. The New York Botanical Garden will provide no guarantees, warranties or servicing of auction items and is not liable for any personal injury or damage to property that may result from the use of the item or service sold. Each person bidding assumes all responsibilities related to the auction and items obtained at the auction and agrees to hold NYBG harmless from any liability.
6. Neither NYBG nor the donor of any item is responsible for personal injuries or damages to property that may result from use of a item.
7. A receipt stating the purchase price will be provided to all auction winners.
8. Payment for auction purchases must be made through credit card.
