Snowfall Will Intensify In Wyoming Tonight | 4-10″ Of Snow Today – Thursday

The National Weather Service is forecasting some serious snow for the mountains in Wyoming. A Special Weather Statement has been issued for Grand Targhee Resort. The resort is in for some snow Today through Thursday. Snowfall is expected to intensify this evening and persist through the night.

* Periods of mainly light snow will fall across the area today.
  The snowfall will increase in intensity this evening and 
  continue through the night tonight.

The heaviest snowfall accumulations will be in the mountains, but snow is forecasted to fall in the mountain valleys.

Including the cities of Alta and Jackson

Periods of mainly light snow will fall across the area today. The
snowfall will increase in intensity this evening and continue
through the night tonight. Thursday will feature scattered rain
and snow showers. Accumulations should range from 4 to 10 inches
in the mountains and 1 to 3 inches in the Jackson Valley through
Thursday with most of the snow falling tonight.
