I opened an account not long ago and i was asked to download the app thinking it was going to make everything easy for me but NO! I have installed and uninstalled the App more than 5times when i fill everything required of me then it will load and tell me error something something ππ try again later and it's been given me the same feedback since February to this March and is still doing that why????????

Transactions are now so difficult to make on this app especially after I was asked to uninstall and install it again gosh! And oh if you had some money in there before uninstalling, after installing the app you lose everything. After going through the hustle to successfully make a transaction it doesn't even show your accurate account balance. It has become so painful to use this app and they keep debiting the account anyhow. They also have poor customer care help lines. Do better Fidelity!!

I can't print any receipts anymore. Each time I am asked to update the app, but when I get to the store, it says I am up to date. When I try to print, sometimes the app just goes off. Please fix whatever bug is disturbing the app. It's too frustrating using this app.
